Chef and owner Gabriele comes straight from Milan Italy. He has owned several restaurants in the area, one being Salvatore's in Virginia Beach. He has 30 years in the kitchen and can make or create anything for your event. After leaving the restaurant he decided to create a restaurant on wheels, Cibo di Strada. He named it after his daughter Sophia. Our vision for the future is to have a second truck and name it after his newborn baby girl,Milania. We are a family owned and operated business. We believe that family is everything and it all starts in the kitchen
